Can a hot & cold fill auto washing machine be converted to cold fill only?

Connect both hot/cold hoses with tee connector found in plubing dept. of your local hardware store. This will then connect to the cold water supply. You will then only receive cold into the washer. Or use a ';Y' hose end and attatch to the cold water supply then attach hoses hot/cold to each side You don't want to just disconnect hot water, this could result into a backflow issue that would flood your washroom. You do not want to just turn off the hot water. When your auto wash goes for a hot cycle no water will is selected. You would miss a wash or rinse cyle not completeing the wash process also possibly damaging the machine.Can a hot %26amp; cold fill auto washing machine be converted to cold fill only?
Turn off the hot water tap feeding into the machine. Then it fills with only cold water. No fuss, no muss.Can a hot %26amp; cold fill auto washing machine be converted to cold fill only?
turn the hot faucet off
Simply turn off the hot water connection. It will fill with cold and work no problem.
Yes, get a 'Y' adaptor for the inlet hoses, it might even work with only the cold pipe connected.
Why convert it. Turn off the hot water line to the washer. its that simple./
blank off the hot output from the mains and then use a Y connector to provide cold water to the hot and cold inputs. The internal heating element will do the rest.

I don't think you want to just blank off the hot into the machine, when drawing hot water it will suck against the blankng plate...maybe it'll cut out due to low pressure. I doubt if they are programmed to say ';ok, so the hot is low pressure, i'll use cold instead';
just hook up the cold side and turn the hot side off .
